Who we are
A small company with a long list of things it will not do.
Archez Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Kinesthetic is the platform, Prism is the AI, and Bashy and the cast are the studio. All of it was built by one founder on one ordinary workstation: no data centre, no GPU, a fraction of the energy.
We are not here to build the biggest model. We are here to build the one that was promised: an AI that answers from public, authoritative knowledge, cites every answer, never invents, and does not want your data.

Because the easy way is to take, and we won't.

Danny, founderMost of today's AI was built by copying the work of people who were never asked, then selling it back to them. We think a business built that way is built on sand, and that the people it took from deserve better.
So we build the other way. We start from knowledge that is public and authoritative, with the bodies that own it rather than around them. We never train on other people's data to beat them. Everyone whose freely given work we learn from is credited, in the answer, every time.
How we work
Five rules we build by.
From public, authoritative knowledge
The law as it stands today, in English and Welsh. Government guidance. The national curriculum. Clinical references. Open company records. Sources that are meant to be relied on, and that can be checked.
Never on other people's data to beat them
We do not train on your work, your customers' work or a competitor's work. What someone made stays theirs.
Everyone credited
Where we learn from work that was freely given, the people who gave it are named in the answers that rest on it. We cite our sources. The product is ours; the credit is theirs.
Small businesses first
Free brand, marketing and admin tools for small firms. Intelligence on every UK company so that a one-person business can see what a bank can see. The same level of help, whatever you can afford.
With the bodies that own the sources
We work with the institutions that publish the knowledge we rely on, not against them. Where Prism can solve a public problem, the solution is given to the most ethical organisation in that field, free. We are putting this in place.
What money is for
It funds the work. It never leads it.

Danny, founderEverything free to people is paid for by the businesses that benefit commercially. For schools, we make learning tools better and cheaper than what they pay for today, and every penny of profit from government and schools contracts goes back into the NHS and the schools that need it most. We are putting in place an independent foundation to hold stewardship of Prism, so that no single person or company, including us, ever has total control.
