Free business tools · Powered by Kinesthetic
A free brand, marketing and admin workbench for small businesses.
Three tools on one bench. Every answer comes with its source attached, and when there is no verified source it says so instead of guessing.
Free for small businesses. Runs on our infrastructure, you call it.

Brand
Your brand work, kept consistent with what you have actually said. The brand tool answers from your own brand material and points back to the exact place each answer came from.
Ask it the same question twice and you get the same answer twice. It never fills a gap with something plausible.
Illustrative example question
What have we said our brand stands for?
The answer quotes your brand material and names where it came from. If your material does not say, it tells you that.
Marketing
Marketing work that cannot quietly invent a claim. Every statement of fact the marketing tool gives you is tied to a source you can open, so what you publish is what you can back up.
Where there is no source, it says so plainly. A missing claim is far cheaper than a wrong one.
Illustrative example question
What have we actually said about delivery times?
The answer is written from your own published material only, with the citation attached, and nothing goes out until you send it.
Admin
Admin questions answered with the source attached, so you can check the answer yourself rather than take it on trust.
It is fast and runs on ordinary CPUs, so it is cheap enough to give away. When it is unsure, it abstains rather than guess.
Illustrative example question
What does our policy say about late payment?
The answer cites the clause it came from. You read the clause, then you decide what to do.
- Every answer citedYou can open the source behind any answer.
- Says when it does not knowNo source, no claim.
- Proposes, never actsYou decide what goes out under your name.
From question to cited answer
Every answer shows its working.
Two scripted examples of the answer format. One where a source exists, one where it does not.
- Question received.
- Source located. Your Terms of Sale, the “Returns” clause.
- Answer written from that clause only. Nothing added that the clause does not say.
- Proposed to you with the citation attached. You decide whether to send it.
Proposed answer
Goods may be returned in their original condition within the stated returns window, and refunds go to the original payment method.
Your decision. Send it, change it or drop it. Nothing leaves until you do.
- Question received.
- Sources checked. Your brand file and your marketing file. Neither records an award.
- No verified source, so no claim is invented.
- Proposed to you as a plain “no”, with the reason.
Proposed answer
I cannot cite an award in the material you have given me, so I will not say “award-winning”. If you have one, give me the source.
Your decision. Add the missing source, or leave the claim out.
What you can rely on
Described by what it does, not how.
The tools are powered by Kinesthetic, the Archez engine. We describe it only by its outside properties and its measured results.
Verified and traceable
Every answer is cited to source so you can check it yourself.
For your business: if a claim is challenged, you can show where it came from.
Deterministic
Same question, same sources, same answer.
For your business: no surprises between Monday and Friday, and no surprises between you and a colleague.
No hallucination
It does not invent facts, sources or claims.
For your business: nothing made up ends up in your brochure, your terms or your emails.
Cheap and fast
Dramatically cheaper, CPU-only, offline-capable. No GPU anywhere.
For your business: cheap enough to be free for small businesses.
Proposes, never acts
It cannot act in the world. It only ever proposes, a human decides and does.
For your business: it cannot send, publish or change anything. You do.
Says when it does not know
Precision first. It abstains when unsure rather than fill the gap.
For your business: a plain “I cannot cite that” is cheaper than a confident wrong answer.

Proven result
Measured, not promised.
The same engine behind the free tools, tested on hard tasks. These are the only numbers we quote, exactly as measured.
General-knowledge QA: right and wrong, on the same test
Share of questions answered right and answered wrong.
It answers fewer: precision-first, abstains when unsure. Measured, Archez internal, 2026.
All figures measured on our own hardware. We do not round or estimate.
Safety
Powerful but inert.
It has no wants, no needs, no awareness. It does not think; it works from verified rules and traces every step. It cannot act in the world: it only ever proposes, a human decides and does.
Its rules are hard lines, not suggestions, so it cannot be argued or jailbroken across them. Every output is a readable, cited step you can check.
Safe by construction, not safe by supervision.
For a small business this means
- You can audit any answer back to its source, the same way a regulator, hospital or court can.
- Nothing goes out, gets sent or gets published unless you do it.
- The engine runs on our infrastructure. You call it, and only the served answers leave.
- It is free for small businesses.
